Gerstein Harrow LLP filed a lawsuit to seize 30,766 ETH worth $73 million that Arbitrum froze after the Kelp DAO hack. A New York court has reportedly approved a restraining and execution order that bars Arbitrum from moving the assets. Kelp DAO lost $292 million in the April 18 hack, and Arbitrum had planned to send the frozen ETH to DeFi United to compensate users. Arbitrum said the seizure action is unjust and delays the return of victims’ funds.
