My younger brother occasionally throws a few hundred dollars onto the exchange to gamble, small money but it makes my blood boil, so my account always skyrockets each time. But because of greed and overconfidence, sometimes I end up locking in losses instead of profits. It’s the kind of quick rise and quick fall. The good thing is I haven’t been banned or had my account locked like some idols do.

Back in the day, my little brother also turned $1 into $7,500 in two months. I don’t know where he found the patience to endure the boredom from $1 to $100, but for betting from $100, I’d be discouraged already. But the most headache-inducing was my friend who turned $100 into $15k in just 3 days without sleeping. At 2 a.m., a guy barged into his room, woke him up, stood at the head of the bed, holding his phone, laughing and showing off, saying he’d stop once it hit $10k. Then when it burned out, I found out he had blindly pushed it to $15k and got nothing. Ten times like that.
Among these three guys, my little brother who turned $1 into $7,500 is the most stable, being diligent with knowledge and capable in real life. The FOMO friend plays two seasons but still looks as green as a new mat, only giving tips as easy as eating candy but being more greedy than a farmer, so it’s no use. My younger brother in this picture is sharp but hampered by greed and stubbornness.
In the end, the house doesn’t really need anything except for users to have greed. Luckily, I’m not greedy 😄
