BlockBeats News, May 4, according to AXIOS, a U.S. official said that the rules of engagement for the U.S. military in the Middle East have changed. They have been authorized to strike targets that pose a direct threat to ships crossing the Strait of Hormuz, such as fast boats of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard or Iranian missile positions.
