I've just realized one thing: most people when they first enter crypto have experienced a peak at least once. Even experienced traders are no exception. The problem is, how we handle it is often very poor.

First, accept the reality: chasing peaks is part of the investment journey, not something to be ashamed of. But how you respond to it will determine your financial future. I see many people, after reaching a peak, continue making the same mistakes because they don't understand the root cause.

Why do we chase peaks? Mostly due to FOMO and lack of knowledge. People follow KOLs, follow trends, buy coins based on nice logos or unique project names without a clear plan. Some even decide to buy or sell based on spiritual factors. Knowledge is key, but it doesn't guarantee you'll completely avoid peaks. In fact, even top investment funds have suffered losses in this volatile crypto market.

Now, what if you've already reached a peak? The most important thing is not to let negative emotions control you. I see many people either sell too quickly without proper analysis, or hope that the price will bounce back. The reality is, over 99% of coins will never reach their previous highs in the next cycle.

Stay calm and reassess the project. Analyze whether it has real potential or is just a temporary trend. If you still believe in the project, calculate your risk tolerance and decide whether to hold or not. If not, cut your losses reasonably instead of hoping.

I want to emphasize: reaching a peak isn't a bad thing if you learn from it. It’s a valuable experience to help you succeed in future investments. Always ask yourself why you chased the peak, learn from mistakes, and avoid repeating them. The crypto market is very harsh but also very fair to those willing to learn.
