Lately, earning testnet points feels a bit like doing calisthenics; it was originally to practice the feel, but now everyone starts calculating "how much I can exchange in the future," and the mindset has become distorted.

My stop-loss is actually very simple: once I start adding wallets, staying up late to switch chains, or even thinking about borrowing accounts to mutual boost just to get more points... I take a break for two days to cool down.
To put it plainly, practice is practice, expectations are expectations, mixing the two is the easiest way to get hooked.

Recently, social mining and fan tokens also feel quite similar to "attention as mining"; the more you watch, the more you feel like you're working, but your salary hasn't been paid.
Anyway, I set a bottom line for myself: don't chase task progress, don't pay tuition just to take screenshots, as long as I learn something, consider it earning; if I don't learn anything, just listen to a segment of noise radio, next song.
