Morgan Stanley Advises Clients on 2%–4% Bitcoin Allocation

Morgan Stanley’s head of digital asset strategy, Amy Oldenburg, said the firm is advising clients to allocate 2%–4% to Bitcoin. Amy Oldenburg said Bitcoin could eventually enter U.S. bank balance sheets, but Federal Reserve guidance, Basel rules, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions could slow that path. Amy Oldenburg added that adoption among financial advisers remains slower because of education and awareness gaps.
