The common feature of these three waves of productivity transformation is information equality, and this round of LLM artificial intelligence even brings software equality, a more abstract level of information equality.
Internet access = information equality, has gradually been recognized as a basic human right by a small group.
Tier 1: Finland, enshrining in legislation the right of citizens to access basic internet;
Tier 2: Mexico and Greece, confirming at the constitutional level that the state has a responsibility to provide information and communication services;
Tier 3: France and others, through court rulings, regard internet access as an important part of freedom of speech, the right to education, or the right to information.
The next step will be to include the universal right to LLM artificial intelligence into basic human rights (accessible to the public).
Sovereignty is merely a tool to serve and maximize the realization of individual sovereignty; individual sovereignty is the ultimate ideal country and promised land.
