Internet access = information equality, has gradually been recognized as a basic human right by a small group:
Finland enshrines the right to basic internet access through legislation;
Mexico and Greece confirm at the constitutional level that the state has a responsibility to provide information and communication services;
France, through court rulings, considers internet access an important component of freedom of speech, the right to education, or the right to information.
The next step will be to incorporate the universal rights of LLM artificial intelligence into fundamental human rights.
Sovereignty is merely a tool to serve and maximize the realization of individual sovereignty; individual sovereignty is the ultimate ideal country and promised land.
