I was just looking into the figures behind global wealth, and honestly—the numbers are simply shocking. The top wealthiest people in the world in 2026 paint a completely different picture than just a few years ago. Tech moguls have literally redefined the concept of personal wealth.

Musk has pulled ahead so far that this is no longer just leadership—it’s a historic event: $726 billion. No one in modern history has even come close to that level. SpaceX has been repriced by multiples, Starlink is growing like crazy, and Tesla is holding its ground—plus all of his moves into neurotechnology and AI. The result is an absolute record.

Next come the guys from Google—Larry Page, with $270 billion. Alphabet is simply dominating AI right now, and you can see it in its valuation. Bezos is in third place with $255 billion; AWS keeps printing money, and logistics continue to expand. Then Brin, Ellison, Zuckerberg—each of them falls in the $200–250 billion range.

What’s interesting is that the entire top tier of the world’s wealth in this list is practically one ecosystem: AI, cloud computing, semiconductors, space. The US tech sector has simply crushed everything else. Those who took positions early and didn’t sell their shares are now sitting on unimaginable wealth. Exponential growth in valuations in these segments is what truly drives this boom.

What’s most astonishing is that fortunes like these have become possible at all. This isn’t just money—it’s influence, control over the future of technology. It will be interesting to see how things develop from here.
