Recently, I've been looking at some PFP projects doing memberships, collaborations, and claiming to build brand moats. Basically, long-term value isn't really about how good the avatar art looks; it's about whether you can continuously enjoy some "privileges" from holding it, and the rules shouldn't change every day. New L1/L2 projects launch incentives to boost TVL, and everyone rushes in while criticizing "mining, selling," which makes me even more sensitive to "short-term attention": it's lively, but it also fades quickly.

I now prefer very down-to-earth things: community atmosphere shouldn't feel like clocking in at work, benefits shouldn't be so complicated that I need to calculate slippage, and it’s best if I can participate infrequently without falling behind. If only the floor price and topic buzz support it, I’d rather be a bystander—anyway, the mempool is already crowded with many jumping the queue.
