Deep Tide TechFlow news. On May 03, according to Al Jazeera’s report in local time this afternoon (May 3), the latest negotiation proposal put forward by Iran includes three phases. The first phase includes “transforming a ceasefire into a comprehensive ceasefire within 30 days,” “establishing the guiding principles for an international mechanism that can ensure that hostilities will not resume,” “achieving a ceasefire across all regions, with both sides pledging not to disrupt the ceasefire—such ceasefire includes all of Iran’s regional allies and Israel,” “gradually lifting the blockade on Iranian ports in a step-by-step manner in a way that is compatible with the gradual opening of the Strait of Hormuz,” “Iran is responsible for clearing water mines,” “revising Iran’s previous proposals regarding compensation and other matters,” “the U.S. withdrawing from waters around Iran and stopping the buildup of new forces,” and other items. The second phase includes “discussions, for a maximum of 15 years, on the comprehensive cessation of uranium enrichment,” “after the prescribed deadline, Iran restoring uranium enrichment activities in accordance with the zero-stockpile principle,” and other items. At the same time, the proposal opposes dismantling or destroying Iran’s nuclear facilities; regarding the existing stockpile of highly enriched uranium, it proposes options such as transferring it overseas or diluting the uranium enrichment ratio. In addition, the proposal also covers issues such as gradually lifting economic sanctions on Iran. In the third phase, Iran will hold strategic talks together with regional countries to discuss how to build a security system covering the entire region. (CCTV International News)
