We’re in 2026, and honestly, your mobile app experience doesn’t reflect the standard expected from a top-tier bank like UBA.
The UI feels outdated, more like something from 2016 than a modern banking platform. On iOS especially, the interface isn’t as responsive or fluid as it should be. It’s not fully reactive, interactions feel delayed, and there’s noticeable lag during transactions.
Having to relogin frequently only adds to the frustration. These are basic expectations in today’s digital banking space, and users deserve better.
Please take this seriously and invest in improving the app’s performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
