Nobitex Tied to Kharrazi Family as Wartime Trading Tops $100M

Nobitex, Iran’s largest crypto exchange, was founded by members of the Kharrazi family, and analysts said wartime trading volume exceeded $100 million. Nobitex serves more than 11 million users and continued processing transactions during conflicts involving Iran, the United States, and Israel, including during nationwide internet blackouts. Multiple on-chain analytics firms said the platform processed $22 million–$366 million in transactions linked to sanctioned entities, while Nobitex denied any government connection.
