Month-on-month, the second-hand housing transactions in Chengdu have indeed significantly rebounded. According to Chengdu Housing Purchase Data, the transaction volumes for the first three months were 18.1k, 11.4k, and 23.2k units respectively; in April, the second-hand house transactions reached 24.5k units, of which 20.4k units were located in the central urban area.
