IDF Reports Rocket Attack from Lebanon in Northern Israel
On May 3, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) issued a statement indicating that alarms were sounded earlier in the day in the Avivim area of northern Israel. The IDF detected multiple rockets fired from the direction of Lebanon towards Israeli territory. The Israeli Air Force intercepted one of the rockets, while the interception results of the remaining rockets are still being verified. Israeli officials stated that this incident constitutes a further violation of the ceasefire agreement by Hezbollah. There has been no response from the Lebanese side regarding this matter.
