BlockBeats News, May 3rd, local time on May 3rd, Iranian Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Committee member Mojtaba Zarei disclosed new details about the Islamabad talks on social media. Zarei stated that the basis of the Islamabad negotiations is the permission from Iran’s Supreme Leader.

In addition to obtaining negotiation approval, the content of the negotiations must also be conducted within the framework of the Supreme Leader’s permission: when the U.S. side wants to discuss nuclear technology issues, they are told that the Supreme Leader has prohibited the delegation from discussing technical details on this matter; from now on, decisions in this regard will be entirely made by the Supreme Leader.

Furthermore, the head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization has been prohibited from joining the negotiation team. (Jin10)
