Chris Perkins Says Crypto Can Manage Without CLARITY Act
250 Digital Asset Management CEO Chris Perkins said the US crypto industry would remain fine in the long term even if the CLARITY Act does not pass Congress. Perkins said the SEC and CFTC are already building workable frameworks after releasing a joint interpretation in March.
