DeepSeek Increases Registered Capital by 50%
On April 28, according to Qichacha, Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as ‘DeepSeek’) has increased its registered capital from 10 million yuan to 15 million yuan. Among this, Liang Wenfeng’s subscribed registered capital has risen from 100,000 yuan to 5.1 million yuan, with his shareholding percentage increasing from 1% to 34%. Previously, media reports indicated that DeepSeek may be initiating its first external financing, with Tencent Holdings and Alibaba Group potentially participating in the investment.
