Generali Investments Management Co LLC decreased its stake in Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) by 50.7% in the fourth quarter of 2025, selling 12,200 shares and retaining 11,871 shares valued at $1.048 million. Despite this reduction from one institution, other major investors increased their holdings, and institutional ownership remains high at 89.65%. Sempra Energy recently reported strong Q4 EPS of $1.28, beating consensus estimates, and increased its quarterly dividend to $0.6575.
