Golden Finance reports that on May 3rd, Wu Blockchain disclosed that Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko stated that the biggest current risk lies in post-quantum cryptography (PQC) signature algorithms potentially being cracked by artificial intelligence.
He pointed out that the industry has not yet fully understood the potential mathematical vulnerabilities of these algorithms, and the hidden risks in their practical deployment are also unclear.
He recommends providing two-thirds multi-signature wallet support for these algorithms or implementing native bottom-layer support through program-derived addresses (PDA) in transaction processors.
