Sunshine Nuohuo: Signs Supplementary Agreement for STC008 Injection with Asia-Pacific Pharmaceutical Industry
Sunshine Nuohuo Announcement, the company has reached a cooperation agreement and signed the corresponding “Technology Development Contract” with Zhejiang Xinghao Holding Partnership (Limited Partnership) regarding the joint development of the STC008 injection project, with a contract amount of 500 million RMB (including tax), and a sales share of 8% of net sales (excluding tax). Recently, the company, Xinghao Holding, and Zhejiang Asia-Pacific Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. reached a supplementary agreement based on the original contract and signed the corresponding “Supplementary Technology Development Contract.” Xinghao Holding will transfer its rights to the “STC008” project to Asia-Pacific Pharmaceutical at its purchase price, and the rights and obligations enjoyed and borne by Xinghao Holding under the original contract are fully transferred to Asia-Pacific Pharmaceutical.
