I realize I am a typical loss-averse person: when I have paper gains, I can stay calm enough to scroll meme images, and I even complain that it's growing too slowly; once I have paper losses, even though I haven't sold and haven't truly lost, my mind automatically switches to night mode, staring at the candlestick chart like it's a thermometer... Basically, I'm afraid of "losses turning into real losses," the more I try to control, the harder it is to sleep.

Recently, the group has been arguing about privacy coins, coin mixing, and the boundaries of compliance. I react a bit slowly, just feeling that you all are arguing so seriously, while I only start questioning life when I have a paper loss of two hundred. Anyway, I’ve decided to reduce my position a bit first, leaving myself some space to sleep peacefully, and tomorrow I’ll write a review and scold myself a couple of times.
