Recently, when there are too many messages in the group, I instinctively want to turn off notifications... A KOL saying "It's about to take off," combined with a bunch of forwarded screenshots, basically creates a sense of "If you don't buy now, you'll miss out." But impulsively making a purchase, in the end, is always about pressing the confirm button yourself; blaming anyone else is useless.

Now I trust more in "cold data" like funding rates, open interest, and market sentiment—at least they won't try to comfort you just because you're panicking. Especially when a new L1/L2 incentive is launched or TVL looks impressive, old users start complaining about "mining, selling," and at this point, I actually want to slow down and see if the hype is just supported by subsidies.

What I fear most isn't slowness, but chaos—chaos caused by information breaking the rhythm, with hands following emotions. Anyway, I’d rather miss out on some opportunities than hand over my position during the loudest noise. For now, that's how I feel.
