When hot topics rotate, I now try to focus on one thing: first check the execution conditions, not the narrative hype, such as whether I can enter and exit within acceptable slippage/fees, whether the depth is sufficient, and if on-chain transfers are lagging badly. If it doesn't meet the criteria, I just ignore it to prevent my mind from being filled with emotions.

What I don't regret is treating "number of reposts" as a noise source, preferring to miss out on some excitement rather than repeatedly paying tuition in FOMO and panic.
