According to Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko (Toly), the biggest current risk is that post-quantum cryptography (PQC) signature schemes could be cracked by AI. He pointed out that the industry not only has not fully understood the potential vulnerabilities of these schemes at the mathematical level but also that the practical deployment risks are unclear. Therefore, he recommends providing support for 2/3 multi-signature wallets (such as Fuse Wallet) for these schemes, or an even more ideal solution is to offer native support through program-derived addresses (PDAs) in transaction processors.
