South Korea seeks 20-year sentence for Delio CEO over $169M fraud

South Korean prosecutors asked a Seoul court to sentence Delio CEO Jeong Sang-ho to 20 years in prison over alleged fraud tied to 250 billion won ($169 million) in frozen customer assets. Prosecutors said nearly 2,800 investors were affected, and the first-instance verdict is scheduled for July 16.
