Gemini Wins CFTC DCO License for In-House Derivatives Clearing

Gemini received a Derivatives Clearing Organization license from the CFTC, giving the exchange in-house clearing capability for non-spot products. The approval adds to Gemini’s Designated Contract Market license and advances its effort to build a full CFTC-regulated derivatives stack through its Titan and Olympus units.
