Last night I really scared myself awake... When copying the address, my hand trembled, and I added an extra character. Just before clicking confirm, I realized it was wrong, and my heartbeat shot up to the speed of gas on the blockchain. Clearly I hadn't lost anything yet, but that feeling of "what if I already transferred it out" was way more exciting than making a little profit. The same goes for unrealized losses—once I see a red on my account, I start overthinking and can't sleep.

Honestly, loss aversion is just irrational thinking: unrealized gains I treat as "it was supposed to be there," but unrealized losses feel like debt, getting more and more glaring the longer I look. Recently, with cross-chain bridge hacks and oracles occasionally malfunctioning, a bunch of people in the community shout "wait for confirmation first," but it's really just a conditioned reflex triggered by fear... Now I’m more cautious in market making, preferring narrower ranges with fewer profits, so I at least know what I’m doing and don’t get scared to death in the middle of the night.
