The proportion of above-ground property held by the project is 100% of the above-ground floor area calculated for capacity.
The project’s holding period is consistent with the land use rights period and cannot be divided or transferred.
Before the project reaches full production and passes acceptance, the property rights cannot be transferred in whole or in part.
