Lately, the messages in the group have been flooding my eyes, and KOLs are also passionately sharing there. To put it simply, during information overload, it's easiest to mistake "others being very sure" for "I should also get on board." But impulsively making purchases—ultimately, it's not the group or the KOLs who bear the risk; it's your own account that gets hurt.
I've set a small rule for myself: as long as my emotions are stirred up (like my heart racing), I forcibly stop for a moment. I treat it as "noise" and set it aside, then check data and fundamentals on the chain. Even just looking at two or three key indicators is fine, at least to know what I'm buying. Recently, there's been a lot of hype about RWA and comparing on-chain yields with US Treasury yields. I get tempted too, but I first ask myself: what exactly supports this yield? Is it the mechanism, subsidies, or pure emotion? Anyway, I keep my hands in my pockets for now, and deal with it later. If I miss out, so be it.
