I've basically done a "mindset update" for myself these past couple of days: when I see words like additional staking, shared security, and compounded yields, don't get excited first, just keep your hands in your pockets... To put it plainly, is it just compounding the returns or is it just stacking illusions? Anyway, I now default to thinking "the more layers, the higher the chance of something going wrong," treating high gas fees as dieting, and flashy projects as sugar detox. By the way, hardware wallets have been out of stock lately, phishing links are everywhere, and the more chaotic the environment, the less I should think about one-click all-in strategies to save my brain. In the end, I might just end up losing myself. For now, take it slow.
