Does everyone think that private hospitals in China will rise?


I heard a story.
In a certain northern city-level hospital, the top leader is assertive, and the second-in-command is gentle.
The two have worked together for ten years, with great coordination, and the second-in-command retired two years ago.
After retirement, the second-in-command’s confidants all defend him, saying that the top leader burdened him with hard and tiring work, took all the benefits for himself, and was really a scoundrel.
The second-in-command just smiled silently.
