Just finished a night run and checked a few charts on L2, but active addresses and bridge traffic didn't follow the market sentiment and get excited, nor did the fees have that "full network congestion" vibe. As a result, I still felt a bit itchy to chase, paused for two minutes, and asked myself: Am I seeing new information, or is the K-line just pulling up my emotions too?

Recently, a bunch of people have been interpreting ETF capital flows, US stock risk appetite, and crypto market ups and downs together. Honestly, it sounds quite reasonable, but when it really comes to their own positions, many times they’re just looking for a "rational reason" for impulsive moves. My current clumsy approach is: if I don’t see a data inflection point, I reduce my additions; if I do add, I break it into smaller parts first, don’t go all in at once. (Stop pretending, you’re just afraid of missing out.) That’s it for now.
