Deutsche Bank Sees Gold at $8,000 as Reserve Diversification Grows

Deutsche Bank said XAU/USD could breach $8,000 from around $4,500 as developing countries increase gold buying for central bank reserves. The bank said developing countries added more than 225 million troy ounces of gold since 2008. Deutsche Bank said buying accelerated after the US imposed sanctions on Russia in February 2022.
