Welcome everyone to follow the trades, congratulations on finding the treasure trader.

The profit curve is the truth; how to achieve high returns with small drawdowns?
How should a good trading system set take profit?
Here are three modes introduced.
The first mode is using moving averages to exit; you need to know that during the price retracement to the moving average is a typical process of letting profits run, and you can choose a suitable moving average parameter as your exit rule.
The second mode is called dynamic drawdown, which means you set a ratio; when the market retraces from its profit high point by this ratio, you close the position, for example, profit retraces 20%, 30%, or if the profit from the high point retraces two ATRs, then exit, which is also a way to let profits run.
The third method is to use naked candlestick patterns to realize profit running, such as the Haigui trading rule exit: if a long position breaks below the 10-day low, it means part of the profit has been taken; or if a short position breaks above the 10-day high, it also means profit has been taken, and in this case, close the position to realize profit running.
These three modes are the options I recommend to everyone; you can set appropriate parameters according to your preferences to implement your profit-running logic.

A trading system summarized from years of quantitative trading practice, focusing on steady profits, increasing win rate in range markets, and capturing high returns in trending markets.
