Bitcoin traded at $78,180 in Asian hours Saturday after briefly revisiting the $80,000 level, while the S&P 500 closed 0.3% higher Friday at a record high. The Senate released the Clarity Act compromise text Friday, and the draft would bar stablecoin issuers from paying yield purely for holding reserves while preserving activity-based reward programs. The release allows a Senate Banking Committee markup to proceed.
