By the close of trading that day, the June delivery light crude oil futures price on the New York Mercantile Exchange dropped $3.13, closing at $101.94 per barrel, a decrease of 2.98%; the July delivery London Brent crude oil futures price fell $2.23, closing at $108.17 per barrel, a decrease of 2.02%.
