Honestly, I find it a bit frustrating... To be clear, what you're seeing might just be others lining up closer to the front.
MEV's "cutting in line" doesn't truly impact who understands the news better; it affects ordinary people making small swaps: I just tried a small 23U trade, a tiny order, waited about ten seconds, and when I checked back, the price had been squeezed a bit, and my mindset shifted from "go for it" to "forget it."
The word "fairness" is a bit of a luxury on the chain; whoever controls the order can turn your anxiety into their profit.
Anyway, when I see the hype, I take a deep breath first, reduce my position a bit, and don't let myself become fuel.
