According to CCTV News, on May 1st local time, a World Trade Organization (WTO) document showed that, due to the United States falling back into arrears on membership fees and an increasing number of member countries failing to pay on time, the WTO is preparing to cut approximately 10% of its expenses, including measures such as freezing recruitment and reducing short-term staff.
