Mars Finance News, May 2 — According to reports, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and other antitrust agencies have officially completed their review of Intel’s investment in the chip startup SambaNova and approved the transaction. In February this year, Intel invested $35 million in SambaNova, increasing its stake from 6.8% to 8.2%, and also plans to add another $15 million investment. SambaNova is a chip startup focused on artificial intelligence and data analysis, with its chairman being Intel CEO Chen Liwu.
