South Korea FIU Appeals Court Decision Favoring Dunamu
South Korea’s Financial Intelligence Unit appealed a lower court decision that had overturned a three-month partial suspension on Dunamu. The dispute began in February 2025, when the FIU cited violations of the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information by the company and its employees. The case will now move to an appellate court.
