Gold Mantis: Signs 400 Million Yuan Framework Agreement
Gold Mantis Announcement: Its subsidiary, Gold Mantis (Vietnam), and Phu Quoc Civil Construction (Vietnam) signed a “Framework Agreement.” Gold Mantis (Vietnam) was selected as the main contractor for the interior decoration works of the T2 terminal under the Phu Quoc International Airport expansion project. The project amount is 15429.79 billion VND, which is approximately RMB 400 million. The advance payment is 3857.45 billion VND, which is approximately RMB 99.9619 million. The project amount accounts for 2.18% of the company’s audited operating revenue for 2024. It is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s cash flow for the current period, and is expected to enhance the company’s overseas business brand influence and market competitiveness.
