Trump to Receive Thursday Briefing on Iran Strike Plans and Hormuz Control
Trump plans to receive a briefing on Thursday from CENTCOM Commander General Brad Cooper on potential new military action against Iran, according to two sources. Three sources said CENTCOM prepared a plan for “short and powerful” strikes against Iran that could target infrastructure. Another plan expected in the briefing would involve controlling parts of the Strait of Hormuz to restore commercial shipping passage.
