Abstract generation in progress

CryptoWorld News reports that Clawbank’s Manfred AI agent has become the first autonomous entity to establish a company, applying for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This unique code enables it to operate legally, hire employees, and obtain licenses. The agent also holds a U.S. bank account insured by the FDIC and a crypto wallet. Developer Justice Conder said, “To the best of the company’s knowledge, this is the first time an AI agent has independently initiated and completed the process of legally forming its own company.” Manfred also controls its own social media account, identified as Manfred Macx, named after the protagonist in Charles Stross’s 2005 science-fiction novel Accelerando. Conder also noted that Manfred can currently trade more than 30 cryptocurrencies and convert them into stablecoins or other cryptocurrencies. AI expert Ben Goertzel predicts that artificial intelligence will surpass humans in about two years and take the lead in high-level crypto market analysis and strategy.
