The U.S. Department of Defense reaches agreements with seven AI companies

Golden Finance reports that on May 1st, the U.S. Department of Defense issued a statement announcing agreements with seven leading artificial intelligence companies, namely SpaceX, OpenAI, Google, Nvidia, Reflection, Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The statement said, “These agreements accelerate the transformation process of the U.S. military, aiming to make the U.S. military an ‘AI-led’ combat force, and will enhance the military’s ability to maintain decision-making advantages across all warfare domains.”
