Dad's wisdom on dealing with people

1. No matter which family has an issue, as long as you're not informed, pretend you don't know, and don't ask about it afterward.
2. When relatives and friends invite you to a meal, if you're not invited, pretend you don't know and don't probe.
3. As long as interests do not conflict, generally there's no need to refute others' words.
4. Strive to suppress your urge to rebut, and learn to praise or remain silent.
