At 2 a.m., I was doing testnet tasks, and the more I did, the more it felt like "accumulating points for airdrops." Honestly, practicing has turned into expectations, and the moment you start expecting, you've already gotten hooked.

My stop-loss is pretty simple: set a limit on how much time and attention I will spend on each chain/project, and stop once I reach it, even if the task is almost complete; add another rule—any links that require repeatedly clicking unclear links or granting wallet permissions, just give up, because points aren't worth the risk.
Recently, hardware wallets are out of stock, and a bunch of phishing links are everywhere. Are you still treating testnets as a side hustle and competing?
Go to sleep first, and when you're awake tomorrow, review whether you're just practicing or gambling for a big comeback.
