Lately the group has been arguing again about whether the extreme funding rate will reverse or keep squeezing the bubble. For my part, I won’t just start shouting either way—I’ll first figure out this little “tide” on-chain. To put it simply, don’t let terms like data availability, ordering, or finality scare you. Just grab one main thread: the transaction you see—can everyone else see it too (whether the data is there), is it getting into blocks in the order you think (whether it can be cut in line), and when exactly does it truly settle (don’t change your mind two minutes later). A couple of days ago, I tried a small transfer of 12.8 USDT; I waited about 40 seconds before I felt fully at ease. During that time, watching the mempool was like fog rising off the sea… Take it slow—be less impatient, and you’ll suffer less from getting “ordering” lessons.
