Lately I keep hearing words like "data availability, ordering, finality," which sound pretty intimidating... I'll just focus on one main point: the on-chain records you see—are they accessible to everyone, are they recognized in the same order, and how long before they are considered final? Basically, it's about "can it be verified, who has the authority to decide first, and how long before it's set in stone." Others think these are only for tech geeks to understand; in reality, they are also useful for someone like me who monitors funding rates and the basis between futures and spot. Especially when the market is volatile, the order of transactions and confirmation times directly affect whether you profit or get slipped. Recently, expectations of rate cuts fluctuate, and the US dollar index and risk assets are discussed together as rising or falling together. I just follow the rules: don’t be afraid of unfamiliar terms, first ask yourself if these three things have changed—if not, don’t let emotions steer you away.
