Abstract generation in progress

UPS and FedEx are preparing to return billions of dollars in tariff reimbursements to customers after a court ruling invalidated a set of import duties. UPS has already processed some refunds and expects to expand efforts as Customs and Border Protection (CBP) broadens its program, with refunds estimated to take 60 to 90 days. FedEx has also started submitting claims through CBP, intending to return funds directly to shippers and consumers.
